Allow Me to Introduce Myself |
Natalie A Pryce, CPCCCEO & Founder
|
I'm the CEO & Founder of Pryceless consulting. I am an Entrepreneur Innovator and Certified Professional Career Coach.
When I was in college, I was good at planning events. I was good at coming up with ideas, putting them into fruition, and figuring out how to profit from the concept. This experience paid off when I was laid off and started this journey as an event planner and “marketing guru”. However, I never wanted to plan social events. I always planned business-centered events; such as trade shows or educational workshops. Back in my college days, I used to love coming up with ideas on how to plan community engagement events. I don't think I knew that term at the time. But now I understand that what I was doing when I was at CCSU was creating environments that empowered community engagement on a college campus. I simply just took those skills and implemented them into being an entrepreneur. In hindsight, I think I was just passionate about entrepreneurship, and the possibilities it could lead to. I was going to align whatever skills I had to ensure the goal of being an entrepreneur. When I graduated from Central Connecticut State University I wasn't a top student. I didn't have a great GPA; I was academically below average, but what I understood was how to apply the skill sets that I acquired throughout many valuable experiences. Whether during my work in the Vice President's office or my internship at Pratt and Whitney, there was always a transferable skill that I could apply to the next opportunity. My strength became being able to see and identify the valued transferable skill and putting it into action. I've always been very intentional with my goals and the direction I want to go. I've become an expert in working with professionals on their career and business strategies and how to confidently apply their transferable skills to their personal and business value propositions. |
